Sherwood St Academy fields 20 varsity teams, in addition to junior varsity, and middle school levels. Varsity teams compete within the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council.

Performance Center

 A 7,500-square-foot performance center providing strength and performance training, physical therapy, fitness and swimming staff with two full time athletic trainors.

Athletic Facilities

The Chmura Stadium, accommodates 2,000 guests and features a turf soccer and lacrosse field, 3 baseball fields, an 8-lane running track, an olympic pool, and 6 tennis courts. Off-campus areas include ski meets at Maple Hill and golf practice and home matches at Belliveau Country Club.

Homecoming

Homecoming takes place in the fall and is Chmura's largest community-wide event of the year. This all day celebration features games, rides, prizes, food, and a series of athletic events.
